CHB Capital Partners provides closely held and family owned businesses with equity capital and expertise for smooth ownership transactions and sustained growth. CHB generally becomes involved in ownership shift situations including providing capital to the business to buy in share holders, supporting a management team in buying out existing owners and recapitalizing the company to allow some owners to exit and new management owners to come in. Growth situations include providing capital for acquisitions, funding new product development or new market entry, supporting increased capital expenditures and providing additional working capital.

CHB invests in niche manufacturing, distribution and service businesses across an array of sectors from branded apparel to electronics manufacturing. It avoids investing in startups, turnarounds or in commodity driven sectors such as real estate, construction and natural resources.
